Fr. Pesso is a Fellow of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also an FPM from XLRI. He has worked for over 20 years in organizations such as SBI, SCI, Goodlass Nerolac. He has over 20 years of teaching experience at Post Graduate level. He has conducted several training programs for religious societies in the area of Management.

Professor Dr. Vaidyanathan, K.N is the Director of Xavier Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai since inception in 2006. He holds a double doctorate, and has worked in industry for 10 years in international marketing in organizations such as Samsung Corporation, Unichem Laboratories Ltd. He has a teaching experience of 30 years in Top Business Schools in Mumbai. He is a visiting Professor of International Business at Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai and the Hero Leadership Programme, B.M. Munjal University, Gurugram.

He was awarded the Best Teacher in Marketing in 2013 for outstanding contribution to teaching and education.

Dr. Kalim Khan is a distinguished academician, corporate trainer, and strategist with over two decades of experience in business education and consulting. He specializes in business strategy, analytics, marketing, and leadership development, helping organizations bridge the gap between theory and real-world application. As a sought-after speaker and trainer, he has conducted numerous workshops and executive education programs across industries, empowering professionals with data-driven decision-making and strategic insights.

Over more than 2 decades , Dr. Khan has played a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of business leaders. His expertise extends beyond academia, as he has collaborated with leading corporates to drive organizational transformation through analytics and business intelligence. He is known for his dynamic teaching style, engaging delivery, and ability to simplify complex business concepts, making them practical and actionable for professionals at all levels.

Ravindra Dey holds a Doctorate in Human Resources from Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad and MHRDM from Mumbai University. He has more than two decades of industry experience in leading companies such as Ion Exchange, Wockhardt etc. He has over 20 years teaching experience. He has consulted several companies in the areas of OB and HR.

He was awarded the Best Human Resources Professor in 2017 by World HRD Congress.

Dr. Anil Gor, PhD, MFM, LLM, M Com., M.A Philosophy, FCS, CAIIB is an ex banker, practicing company secretary and corporate consultant. He is associated with academic world for over three decades across several Institutes including JBIMS, NM College of Commerce, Dalmia Institute of Management studies & Research, NMIMS and presently with XIMR.

He is CFA charter from CFA Institute and also holds CIPM. He has been awarded doctoral degree in Business Economics from Mumbai University. He is also FRM from Global Association of Risk Professionals and CFP from Financial Planning Standard Board of India. He has completed full time PGDBM in Finance from N L Dalmia Institute of Management studies and Research.

He has wide range of experience in industry and academia. He has worked with organization such as Deutsche Bank and Saffron Capital Advisors. He has over 12 years of teaching experience at Post Graduate level. He has been associated as CFA and FRM trainer with ICICI securities. He also been associated as a faculty with NSE for their Post Graduate Programme in Wealth Management and BSE as a corporate trainer for Security and Portfolio analysis.

He has published 5 research paper at national and international level. Under his guidance several students have been awarded scholarship for pursuing CFA under Faculty Student Scholarship Program.

Pranil Naik has a BE degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering and a MMS Marketing degree from Sydenham, Mumbai. He has over 10 years of industry experience in leading companies and consultancies. He also runs his NGO LeapForWord which contributes to educating children in under-served areas across India. He has been awarded the prestigious Ashoka Fellowship. He has 12+ years of teaching experience. He has consulted non-profit organizations which include leading hospitals in the areas of marketing and strategy.

Professor Venkata Subramanian has over 30 years of industry experience in companies such as NIIT, NIS Sparta, Eureka Forbes, Future Group. He has a teaching experience of over 25 years. He has facilitated Managerial Development Programs for companies like JSW Steel, Future Retail, Asian Paints, Axis Bank, ITC, Mahindra and Mahindra, Aditya Birla Retail etc.

Ameya holds a CFA charter from the CFA Institute, USA. He has completed B.Tech from College of Engineering Pune (COEP) and has done an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT). He is currently pursuing Ph.D. from Jamnalal BajaJ college of Management Studies (JBIMS)

He has a considerable amount of experience in industry and academia. His corporate experience includes working with Bank of America as Business Analyst and HDFC Bank as Senior Product Manager. He also worked as a CFA trainer.

Reema Castelino is a seasoned finance educator with a robust academic and professional background. She holds a CFA charter from the CFA Institute and an MBA in Finance. She is pursuing a PhD in Finance from the School of Business Management, NMIMS.

With over 12 years of experience in teaching finance, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Her professional journey includes 8 years of industry experience with companies such as Accenture Pvt Ltd and Unicon Securities Pvt Ltd.
