XIMR welcomes corporates at its campus for the Executive Placement Season. The institute encourages students to take forward Corporate Management Trainee-ship Program as the leading step in their Management Career.

Companies can conduct a Pre Placement Talk (PPT) on a date which is convenient to the company and XIMR. In case company can not come for the PPT, a soft copy of PPT could be forwarded which will then be shown to the students.
PPT needs to include the company profile, available job profiles, progression of career and compensation details.
Interested students will then apply for the position.
The company may then short list the candidates and conduct first level selection process (GD/Case Study/Test) for short listed students during the Placement Week. In case if the company is unable to make it during the Placement week, they may contact the Placement Coordinator for a convenient date.
Preparing students for Mock Group Discussion & Personal Interviews which helps them to prepare for the actual interviews.
Summer internship is an important and integral part of the academic curriculum at XIMR. The mentor ship by the management of the corporates facilitates students with an insight into the dynamic management issues. The summer internship is planned for 8 to 10 weeks, during the months of May and June at the end of the first year.
The program provides students ample opportunities to innovate, add to, and challenge ideas and techniques used in the corporates. The organization in turn benefits from the objective and unbiased perspective that the management students provide. It further aims to serve as a platform towards building a long and fruitful relationship between the institute and the organization.
